- Our deposits are non refundable but may be redeemable at cancellation the deposit is deducted from the final bill
- Please note that a booking is a contractual agreement. We have a seven day cancellation policy, cancellation within seven days of your arrival date may result in a charge equal to the full value of the booking.
- We will always endeavour to sell the rooms, and will only charge for rooms we are unable to sell
- We are a fully non smoking house and cooked foods are not to be brought into any part of the house We reserve the right to bill one night of accommodation if a room is rendered unfit to let due to careless behavior including smoke or take away spills.
